The founders of Royal Hospitality Services, came to the United States from Armenia on the H2B visa program. They fell in love with the United States but were disappointed with the way visa workers were treated by contract labor placement employers. They believed that with better human resource management, team development, training, and support from these employers, they could improve the work environment for visa workers and in so doing, their overall performance.
Following the American dream, our founders vowed to develop a new standard for the way contract labor companies are run and created Royal Hospitality Services in 2002.
